1. Check within 1 week

Have you received your Swim Essentials item(s)? Please check upon arrival to make sure everything is in perfect condition.
If you notice transport damage, a leak, a missing button, or any other defect, let us know right away, we’ll take care of it immediately!

2. Free replacement within 2 months

If your product breaks within 2 months due to a manufacturing defect, such as tearing or discoloration during normal use, you’ll receive a brand new replacement or a full refund.
If it’s unclear whether the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect or by usage, we’ll offer you a 50% discount code for your next purchase.

3. 30% discount after 3 months

If a defect occurs after 3 months and it's uncertain whether it's a product defect or user damage, you'll receive a 30% discount code for you next purchase.

That way, you’re always guaranteed carefree fun in the water!

Safety Splash

Because children’s safety is our top priority, we offer a special guarantee on all safety products, such as swim vests and baby floats.
If a safety product becomes defective within 1 year of purchase, we’ll replace it free of charge.

The splash replacement service is an extra benefit on top of the legal rights you always have as a consumer.
To avoid misunderstandings, we always ask for clear photos or videos. In some cases, we may request the product back so our quality team can investigate it further.
