At Swim Essentials, we do everything we can to get your favourite summer items to you as quickly as possible!
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code and your package will be shipped as soon as possible!
When will my order be shipped?
Ordered Monday through Friday?
We’ll process and ship your order within 1 business day. Please note: this is the processing time. The final delivery time depends on the destination country.
Example:
Order on Friday morning at 10:00 AM? Your order will be shipped no later than Monday.
Ordered over the weekend?
Weekend shopping is always a good idea! Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed from Monday morning onwards. From then on, a processing time of 1 business day applies.
Example:
Order on Saturday evening at 7:00 PM? Your order will be shipped no later than Tuesday.
Delivery of 4-metre Frame Pools
Please note that due to their size, our 4-metre Frame Pools are shipped on a pallet. After placing your order, we’ll schedule the pallet collection within 1–2 business days. The carrier will usually collect the pallet from our warehouse on the following business day.
Do you live in the Netherlands or Belgium? Then shipping is free! For all other countries, shipping costs are €100, and free shipping promotions do not apply.
Once the pallet has been collected, delivery outside the Netherlands and Belgium can take up to approximately one week, depending on the destination. As soon as Raben, our local carrier, has collected the pallet, you’ll receive an email from them with more information about your delivery.
Is your order taking a little longer?
Some items may have a slightly longer delivery time. No worries: if this is the case, we’ll always clearly mention it on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Occasionally, delays may occur during transit. Keep an eye on your Track & Trace for the latest updates. Has there been no new update for 3 days? Please contact DPD for more information about the status of your shipment.
Still unable to resolve the issue with DPD? Our Customer Service team will be happy to help. Please include your order number and Track & Trace number, so we can look into it straight away.
Package marked as delivered, but not received?
Does your Track & Trace show that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it? First, check whether it was delivered to a neighbour, left in a safe place or taken to a pickup point.
Still can’t find your package? Please contact DPD and ask them to check exactly where your order was delivered.
If DPD is unable to provide clarity, feel free to contact our Customer Service team. Please include your order number and Track & Trace number, so we can look into it straight away.
Free Shipment
Shop your favourites and enjoy free shipping on orders over €50 to the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, and France. Free shipping is not available for all other countries.
Customs & Duties (Non-EU)
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These costs are not covered by us and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Changing or cancelling your order
Your order is processed in our system immediately, so our team can start preparing it for shipment right away. Because this process moves quickly, it is unfortunately not possible to change or cancel your order once it has been placed.
