Return and refunds

Changed your mind after placing an order? No problem! At Swim Essentials, you have 14 days to return your items, quick, simple and stress-free, so you can get back to enjoying the summer in no time.

How to return?

Fill in the return form and follow the steps. Once completed, you’ll automatically receive a return label to send the items back to our warehouse in the Netherlands.

RETURN FORM

All returns are processed through Returnless. Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product. In those cases, we will cover the return costs. We do require photo or video evidence of the issue to approve the free return.

When submitting a return, you can choose between two options:

  • Gift Card– This option is free of charge, and no return shipping costs apply.

  • Full Refund – With this option, the return costs are paid by the customer, unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.


Refund

We know you want your money back as soon as possible! That’s why we issue refunds within 14 days of receiving your return. If you return your entire order, we will also refund any shipping costs you originally paid (if applicable).
All refunds are processed through Returnless and issued via the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note: If an item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may withhold part of the refund. We recommend returning items in their original packaging, as missing packaging may reduce the product’s value.


Exchanges

Looking for a different size, colour or style?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive the item you want, simply place a new order and return the unwanted product following the steps above. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

If you choose a gift card for your return, no return shipping costs apply.
If you prefer a refund, the return costs are for the customer unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product.
