Return and refunds
At Swim Essentials, you have 14 days to return your items, quick, simple and stress-free, so you can get back to enjoying the summer in no time.
How to return?
Fill in the return form and follow the steps. Once completed, you’ll automatically receive a return label to send the items back to our warehouse.
Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product. In those cases, we will cover the return costs. We do require photo or video evidence of the issue to approve the free return.
When submitting a return, you can choose between two options:

Gift Card – This option is free of charge, and no return shipping costs apply.
Note: You will receive the gift-card once the return is processed in our warehouse -
Full Refund – With this option, the return costs are paid by the customer, unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
Refund
All refunds are processed through Returnless and issued via the same payment method you used.
Please note: that items must always be returned in their original packaging. Without the original packaging, we unfortunately cannot accept the return. Additionally, if an item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may withhold part of the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive the item you want, simply place a new order and return the unwanted product following the steps above. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
If you choose a gift card for your return, no return shipping costs apply. If you prefer a refund, the return costs are for the customer unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product.
Damaged items
If your item arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@swimessentials.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
